HOW TO USE.

• Connect the strap to the product velcro, After the strap is fixed.
• Lengthen the strap from behind and secure it with a velcro under the arm and chest.
• Secure the velcro and make sure to have a firm.
• Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to switch the heating mode
